We take the protection of your data and your customers' data seriously. This document explains what information we process in connection with the use of the Fenrik.chat service and for what purpose.
1. Who operates the service
The operator of the Fenrik.chat service is (company name and details to be added).

2. What data we process
In the course of operating the service, we may process:
- user contact information (e.g. email, billing details) for account management and billing,
- technical data on service usage (logs, IP addresses, browser type, date and time of access),
- message content from the chatbot in the scope necessary for technical processing and delivery to the client (e.g. via email, webhook, integration).
Fenrik.chat is designed to process a minimum of personal data and does not require sensitive information from end users.
3. How we work with chatbot conversations
Fenrik.chat does not permanently store or archive conversations. Message content from the chatbot:
- is only technically processed for the purpose of delivery to the client (e.g. via email, webhook, integration),
- may be temporarily stored during technical processing (cache, error logs) for the period necessary to ensure service functionality,
- is not retained by Fenrik.chat after delivery to the client.
The client (service user) is the controller of data received from the chatbot into their own systems (emails, webhooks, integrations), and is responsible for their further processing in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The service may use cookies or similar technologies for:
- maintaining user session in the dashboard,
- basic analytics of service usage,
- personalization of widget behavior (e.g. display/non-display).
You can limit the use of cookies in your browser, but some parts of the service may not work correctly.
5. Sharing data with third parties
The operation of the Fenrik.chat service may use third parties, for example:
- hosting and infrastructure providers,
- payment service providers (e.g. Stripe),
- AI model providers for generating chatbot responses.
Only necessary data for ensuring service functionality is passed to these third parties. We have appropriate contractual relationships with these entities.
6. Data retention period
- We retain account and billing data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period specified by accounting and tax regulations.
- We retain logs and technical data for the period necessary to ensure security and service operation.
- Message content from the chatbot is not permanently retained. After delivery to the client, data is no longer retained, except for short-term technical processing (cache, error logs) necessary for service operation.
7. Security
- We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
- Despite all efforts, a security incident can never be completely ruled out; in such a case, we proceed in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Data subject rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, data subjects may have the right to:
- access to personal data,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- objection to processing,
- data portability, where relevant.
