Getting started with Fenrik.chat
1. How to create a chat preview
- Go to the Fenrik.chat homepage.
- Enter your website URL.
- Wait for the system to complete the analysis.
- You will be redirected to a preview where you will see 3 types of chats (GuideBot, IntelliBot, FusionBot).
2. How to embed a chat on your website
- After activation, you will receive an embed script via email and in your overview.
- Copy the embed script.
- Insert it before the closing </body> tag on your website.
- Save changes and reload the page – the chat will appear in the bottom right corner (or according to settings).

Changing appearance and language
In your overview you can modify:
- widget colors,
- position on the page,
- default language.
After saving changes, publish a new version of the config.
Choosing chat type
In settings you choose whether the widget should run as:
- GuideBot,
- IntelliBot,
- or FusionBot.
