Terms of Service for Fenrik.chat
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you as a user of the Fenrik.chat service and the operator of this service. By using Fenrik.chat, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Fenrik.chat Service – an online platform that allows you to create and operate chatbots for websites.
- User – a natural or legal person who uses the service.
- Chatbot – a widget or integrated element on a website that communicates with the user's customers.
2. Scope of Service
- Fenrik.chat allows you to:
- generate a chatbot demo from a website URL,
- manage chatbot configurations in the dashboard,
- deploy a chatbot on a website using an embed script,
- use additional features according to the selected plan and add-ons.
- The service is provided as SaaS (software as a service).
3. Registration and Access
- A demo may be available without registration.
- Access to the dashboard and active chatbot is enabled after successful payment.
- The user is required to protect their access credentials and not disclose them to third parties.
4. Content and User Responsibility
- The user is responsible for the content of their website that is used to generate chatbots.
- The user is responsible for how the chatbot communicates with customers and what information it provides to them.
- The user must not use the service to spread illegal, harmful or misleading content.
- Fenrik.chat acts as a technical intermediary for delivering messages from the chatbot to the client (e.g. via email, webhook, integration). Fenrik.chat does not permanently store conversation content. The client is the controller of data received from the chatbot into their own systems, and is responsible for their further processing in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Service Operation
- The operator strives to ensure the highest availability of the service, but cannot guarantee it continuously.
- The operator may perform maintenance, updates and changes to the service functionality.
- The operator is not responsible for damage caused by outages of third-party infrastructure (hosting, connectivity providers, payment gateways, AI models).
6. Pricing and Payments
- The service is charged as a subscription according to the selected plan.
- Payments are processed through a payment gateway (e.g. Stripe).
- Current prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change.
- Price changes do not apply to already paid periods.
7. Service Termination
- The user can terminate their subscription at any time according to instructions in their account or in the payment gateway interface.
- The operator may terminate the service or the user's account in case of violation of these terms or abuse of the service.
- After termination, content associated with the account (chatbot configurations) may be deleted after a reasonable period.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
- The operator is not responsible for lost profits, data loss or other indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
- The user understands that AI chatbot responses may be inaccurate and serve as support, not as legal, financial or professional advice.
9. Changes to Terms
- The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- The current version of the terms is always available on this page.
- By continuing to use the service after changes to the terms, the user agrees to the changes.
